Tempi Privacy Policy
Tempi is a temporary photo storage app operated by Wynn Studio. This notice explains the data used by Tempi. Updated September 30, 2026.
Photos and local storage
Photos you take and images you share to Tempi are stored in the app’s storage on your device. Tempi does not upload these images to our servers or automatically add them to Photos. There are no Tempi accounts or cloud sync. The temporary storage folder is excluded from device backups.
Expiration and deletion
Images become unavailable in Tempi when their storage time expires. Expired files are cleaned up when the app runs; iOS may prevent file cleanup at the exact expiration time while the app is closed. You may delete images earlier, extend their time before expiry, or save a copy to Photos. Copies and originals outside Tempi are not deleted automatically. Deleting the app may remove its stored images.
Permissions and reminders
Camera access is used to take photos. Add-only Photos permission is requested when you choose to save a copy to Photos. Optional local notifications remind you one hour before expiry, except for one-hour storage. Tempi does not request your contacts, microphone, or precise location.
Advertising and consent
Tempi uses Google AdMob and Google’s User Messaging Platform for banner ads and privacy choices. Depending on your choices and region, Google may process device identifiers, advertising data, interactions, diagnostics, and approximate location derived from your IP address for ads, measurement, and fraud prevention. Tempi does not send your photos, screenshots, their contents, or internal photo IDs to the advertising SDK. Advertising data may be processed outside your country under Google’s policies.
Usage analytics
Tempi uses Google Analytics for Firebase from the first app launch to understand first use, return visits, camera and library use, successful saves, retention choices, extensions, and exports. Google may process an app-instance identifier, device and app information, usage events, and approximate location derived from network information under its policies, including outside your country. We do not send photo contents, filenames, internal photo IDs, or OCR text. Analytics is enabled automatically and is separate from advertising and iOS tracking permissions. Share-extension success events are temporarily queued on device (up to 100, for up to 7 days) and forwarded on a subsequent app activation. Your choices
Where required, a consent form is shown before ads are requested. Required privacy choices can be reopened from Tempi Settings. You can manage tracking and notification permissions in iOS Settings. Declining tracking does not prevent use of Tempi; ads may still be shown subject to applicable consent requirements. Tempi is not directed at children under 13.
